Our family recently sailed on Independence of the Seas this past spring break. Melissa Smithey picked two perfect balcony rooms for us! She was able to answer all our questions and made sure we had the perfect vacation. Melissa even surprised us with luggage tags to attach to our bags. Nice touch!
